this adorable child was hanging out with me when we were waiting for the grown ups to be done. he was in love with my camera, so i let him took a picture or two with the holga. i can't wait to see how did they turn out.

this on Saturday.

It gave me a magical feeling finding that tree.
It's huge.

And we just sat on the grass and wanting to take a nap that day.

manhattan - 1979

I watched the Manhattan too, by Woody Allen this week. He was an interesting man, with nice eyes. New York City is very beautiful even in black and white. I love it.

I did couple assignments this week too, for the school newspaper, and some of the pictures turned out awesome in b/w too. I will probably post couple ones up when I got a chance. :)

This key photo for the movie reminded me of this scene in 500 days of summer. (which I haven't seen yet!! But I am watching UP tomorrow at the school theatre!!!!)

Talking to you soon?
I'm not sleeping on the futon tonight.
and I hope to get up on time for my 8am class.
Wish me luck!
love, Lisa

it happened one night

thought it would be nice to share them with you :)

black and white

The Philadelphia story

This semester I am taking Film Studies which I absolutely love!! I didn't know what to expect at the beginning of the semester, but now in October, I already watched 8 movies every Tuesday in our lab. They are all from 1930s-1940s. And they are in this genre called "Remarriage Comedy". They are very funny and I love black and white!!

It happened One Night

And I am very impressed with the actors and actresses' profile pictures. Very classy. My favorite so far, I would say will be It Happened One Night, Adam's Rib, and The Philadelphia Story! Cary Grant is so charming!
